SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR) announced today that it has revised the time at which it will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and year-end 2012.  The Company will now host a conference call at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, February 22, 2013 to discuss its financial results, as opposed to the originally announced time of 1:00pm Eastern on the same date.   The Company will release financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2012 on Thursday, February 21, 2013 after the market closes.

All participant information outlined below remains the same.  As previously noted, during the conference call, company officers will review fourth quarter performance, discuss recent events, and conduct a question-and-answer period.
